Who is Klever Kitten?

With her four eyes and nine lives, Klever Kitten is known for her wicked usage of words and her passion for pink cocktails. She has a wide following from her blog, Klever Kitten’s Corner, that’s inspired by her daily life. Her favorite book is One Hundred Years of Caviar, and she enjoys searing her signature Szechuan Tuna for friends.
Klever Kitten’s crew consists of Kool Kat, who pines after her but she doesn’t love him back (for now). There’s Klever Kitten’s BFF, Frisky Feline, who’s a borderline sexaholic. Pissy Pussykat is moody AF and owns her addiction to Klonopin. Lastly, there’s Tricky Tomkat, who’s a shameless player at all the hot parties. (Too bad the bulk of numbers he gets are fake.)
While Klever Kitten adores her friends, she’s also proud of her independence. She’s a huge fan of traveling solo to exotic places like the Maldives. And when she’s sipping on a pink Paloma at one of their white beaches, she’ll get back to you when she wants to.

Klever Kitten Creator
Marisa Howenstine, a graphic designer and award-winning photographer, fell hard for Hello Kitty at age six when shopping for back-to-school supplies at San Francisco's Stonestown Galleria. When Marisa got older, she noticed a serious lack of stylish cat stationery and specialty gifts for grown-ups. This inspired her to create Klever Kitten.
A SF native now soaking up the sun in Los Angeles, Marisa has a penchant for all things pink. Interesting fact— while Marisa loves cat characters, she's deathly allergic to cats IRL.
Marisa can always be found in a cool cocktail lounge with her pink Fendi cat-eye glasses—and the same goes for Klever Kitten.
